“…Glickman worked with Donna Venegas of Venegas and Company to revamp the kitchen. ‘To maximize the tiny space, we used white lacquer for the upper cabinets and scratched wood with a weathered appeal for the lower cabinetry,’ says Glickman. Durable quartz, which has the look of marble, was used for the counters and the backsplash. ‘The homeowner travels and is in and out a lot,’ says Glickman. ‘He might leave takeout containers on the counter or spill wine. The quartz cleans up easily — perfect for a bachelor on the go…’”
